In short: what you write in the form reaches my inbox, so that I can answer you. The site has no database, sets no cookies and does not track you.

02
Only what you write in the contact form: your name, your email address, what the message is about, the description of the project, what you have now and a link to it if you give one, the budget range, when you want it, and how you got here. If it is about a payment flow, also the four short answers about who pays, who is paid, who takes a cut and when the work counts as delivered.
I do not ask for and do not collect health data, beliefs, financial data or any other kind of sensitive data. If you write them into the description of your own accord they end up in my inbox, so avoid them.
03
I answer you. That is all. I do not use it for advertising, I do not sell it, I do not pass it on, and I do not build a profile out of it.
04
The form sends its contents by email, through Resend, to my address. If the submission passes the anti-robot check, a single copy also goes to the address you wrote. The site has no database and stores nothing on the server.
The emails stay in my inbox for as long as the conversation makes sense. If you want them deleted, write to me and I delete them.
05
Cloudflare, which hosts the site and runs the form function. Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether the submission comes from a person, and to do that it processes the IP address and technical signals about the browser. A rule at the edge also counts submissions per IP address and blocks more than five an hour, which is what keeps the form from being a free mailer.
Resend, which delivers the email.
Calendly, but only if you choose to book a slot. What you type there is processed by them, under their own policy, and I only see the booking.
06
The site sets no cookies and carries no analytics script at all. That is why you see no cookie banner. If I add traffic statistics later it will be Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors, and this page will say so on the day it goes live, not before.
07
You can ask to see what data I hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to the processing. Write to alexandru@quickflow.dev and I will deal with it. If you are not satisfied with how I dealt with it, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, or to the supervisory authority in your own country.

I update this page and change the date below. There are no hidden versions and I send no notifications, so if it matters to you, check the date.
