Terms

How I work, written down.

Nothing here is new. Every commitment below is already on the page that sells the thing it describes, and this is where they sit together, next to the company making them.

The terms

01

Who you are contracting with

Quick Flow SRL, registered office at Șos. Mihai Bravu 39, bl. P15, sc. A, et. 3, ap. 11, Sector 2, 021305 Bucharest, Romania.

Fiscal code 44089760. Trade register number J2021006561401. Written to at alexandru@quickflow.dev, which is the address that answers.

02

What this page is, and what it is not

It is how I work, written down once instead of once per conversation. Everything here is already on the page that sells the thing it describes.

It is not the contract for your project. That is the proposal you get after an audit or a first exchange, it names your scope, your dates and your price, and where it differs from this page it is the one that counts.

03

A fixed price is fixed because the list is

Every product with a price on this site has a list that goes with it, agreed in writing before anything is built. That list is the price.

Adding to it is a different price, and I would rather say so in the first week than discover it in the third. Nothing gets built quietly and invoiced afterwards.

04

Paying

On the fixed-price products, half on start and half on handover.

On projects delivered in phases, each phase is invoiced when it is delivered, and after each one you have something that works rather than a progress report.

An audit paid for before a project comes off the price of that project, which is written on the page of every audit I sell.

05

What is yours

The domain, the hosting accounts and the code are in your name from the first day, not handed over at the end.

An audit document is yours whether or not we go further, and you can give it to anybody else.

Your text, your images and your data stay yours. I do not reuse them for anything.

06

What I need from you

The text, the images, the access, and a decision when one is needed. These are the things that delay this kind of work, every time, and none of them is something I can do in your place.

If a project stalls on my side you do not pay for the wait. If it stalls on yours for longer than a month, I may close it and invoice what was delivered.

07

Changes, and stopping

On the fixed-price website products, two rounds of changes and then it goes live, because a site that is never finished never earns anything.

Either of us can stop a phased project between phases. You pay for the phases that were delivered and you keep them, running, in your own accounts.

08

What I answer, and when

A first message is answered the same working day, in writing. That is a promise about the first answer, not about every answer in a project, which has its own dates in the proposal.

09

Law, and where a disagreement goes

Romanian law applies, and the courts of Bucharest have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer rather than a company, that choice does not take away any right you have under the law of the country you live in, and you can also take a complaint to the Romanian consumer protection authority, ANPC.

10

If this page changes

I change it and I change the date below. The version that applies to your project is the one in force when you signed its proposal, and the proposal is the document that governs it.

If something here is not what you expected, say so before we start and not after.

Write to me

Answered the same working day. A term you cannot live with is worth an email now.
